"My birth name was Bahia, but working as a Mental Health Professional since 2015 was a rebirth for me ... so … I became Coach Bee – from Lebanon. Although I was already a Trainer, joining TJC was a game changer for me. In one year, I finished all classes and became a Trainer in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy. Now I am on my third year of the Master Trainers’ program and Advanced Personal Evolution Program™ is on the agenda for 2025.
Since my main motivator was and will always be to shift the perception on mental health, becoming a Master Trainer who would shape bullet proof Trainers, was the natural progression of my path … and the Tad James Company is the home for this.
Since NLP is all about modelling excellence and actionable intelligence, being surrounded by fellow Trainers from all over the world helps me exchange knowledge and experiences on an international level. The ripple effect of everything I learned and modelled is much bigger, especially that I am supported by all the needed resources, ranging from the always-up-to-date material to the 24/7 support of the more Senior team.
One of the Master Trainers once said: ‘if you want to go fast, go alone and have a What. If you want to go far, have a Why and go with a team’. The support of a community that supports your growth and trusts you more than you sometime trust yourself is a game changer."
